school/cert/work/life balance

When you’re doing a lot, such as school and work, it’s hard to find a balance for life and to be social and hang out with your friends or even just chill for a bit and get enough sleep. I still haven’t figured it out entirely but I know everything and I mean literally everything is so much harder when you’re sleep deprived. Trying to find enough time to relax and sleep is a priority for me on top of school, work and cert because it makes it that bit easier if you’ve got enough sleep.

It can be hard to find time to get out and about. Like many people, I find it hard to make friends, and if you’re doing everything except getting out a bit, it’ll be even harder. If you struggle to make friends, go out, talk to people, even if it's just at work and school or tafe/uni, etc and it might be a little easier. Making friends and hanging out with them, talking to them, can also help your mental health a heap more than you might even think. Friends can even help you get out and meet more new people, become more social, do more things and different things to what you're used of.
